Apple Rosemary Pork Tenderloin – Pork
The tenderloin recipe I’ve ever made pales in comparison to this roast. What is typically expected from a pork roast is very different from the sweetness that the gravy and apple flavor add. With some gravy on top, the apple and onion mixture that was cooked with the roast makes a delicious side dish.
